MACHINE CONFIGURATIONS
Disposable 5-ply underpad product composed of five layers of
non-woven, tissue paper, fluff pulp core, tissue paper and bottom
film. The function of release paper can also be added according to
customers' needs. Disposable 5-ply underpad machine is made up of

Configure different control systems according to different
requirements of machine buyers. Such as Invertor control,
Semi-servo control, Full-servo control. During operation,
Man-machine dialogue realized by PLC and man-machine interface. The
touch screen can be a timely operation, display and check or modify
the point of failure data. To manual or auto control the spray
glue, change material, cutter roller, unwinding, reject, material
broken detection, material loss detection, counting.
APPLICATION
Disposable 5-ply underpad product can be produced by the machine.
It is suitable for hospital; people with mild, moderate and severe
incontinence; bedridden patients. It can also be used for various
other living purposes, such as baby diaper changing pads,
placemats, outdoor pads, etc.
